Ingredients
- 200gm Soy chunks
- 150 gms Cucumber cold
- 150 gms Pomengerate white
- 70 gms Coriander leaves
- 25 gms Green chilies
- 2 tbs lemon juice salt & pepper to taste
- 7 7gms Chaat masala
Preparation
- Soak the soy chunks in water for about 15 mines.
- Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and green chilies keep it aside.
- Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, Salt & pepper and lemon juice.
- Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled garnish with mint sprig.
