Ingredients
- 1 big Ripe guava
- 1 cup Toned Milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Cardamom (elaichi) powder
- Almonds for garnishing.
Preparation
- Pressure cook the guava. Remove the seeds. Sieve it through a strainer
- Add sugar and milk to the pulp and bring to a boil till the pulp properly dissolve in milk.
- After the sugar is dissolved, add cardamom powder and garnish with roasted almonds.
