Ingredients
- 250 Gms soy chunks
- 1 medium onion fine chopped
- 1 medium garlic fine chopped
- 7-8 green chillies slit
- 2 tsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp chili sauce (green)
- 1 onion diced
- 1 capsicum diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Little water for mixing wheat flour
- Oil for shallow frying (optional)
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation
- Shallow fry soy nuggets, drain on absorbent paper or you can bake it also.
- Take oil sautéonions till golden brown. Add garlic & green chillies.
- Cook for some time. Add around 2 cups of water. Let it boil.
- Add the chili sauce Add wheat flour mixed with little water let it attain the desired consistency.
- Add the diced onion, diced capsicums.
- Cook for some time.
- Add the shallow fried soy nuggets.
- Lastly check the seasoning.
- Garnish with fresh spring onions & Serve hot.
