Weight Loss A Mind Game

In a journey of weight loss and Inch loss there is more to it than correct diet. Client’s mind plays a significant role. It would not be over-exaggeration if it is said that a lady loses weight when she really wants to.

However realistic the above saying may be, it sometimes becomes tough  to control mind flip-flops. Mind at times would create doubts and anxiety. Questions and disbelief. Comparison and negative emotions. These results in frustration and may result in wrong food indulgence.

Temptation is the first trigger to a deviation. Client normally builds a self assuring belief that a minor deviation would definitely not impact the prescribed diet plan. Finally falls for the temptation and commits the action =deviation.

There are 2 aspects of approach to this issue- Hold yourself back for that 15 minutes till the time the surge of temptation gets past you, is definitely the better of the other solution where you can inform your medical e-advisor that you have deviated and ask for a normalization plan.
