Cherries And Mango smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • 1 sliced mango
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ cup crushed ice

Method

  1. Deseed the fresh cherries.
  2. Add cherries, sliced mango, yoghurt, coconut water, sesame seeds.
  3. Puree until smooth and blended.
  4. Pour into glass and served chilled.
