T4 replacement/Hormone replacement –There are pills to replace this hormone deficiency. Taking the prescribed pills regularly can treat Hypothyroidism, but a word of caution. Taking too much or too little dose can be dangerous, so it is necessary to consult a doctor before starting these pills and it should be taken only under the supervision of doctors, so that they can properly monitor the increase or decrease in the level of hormones. This medicine is not like other medicines, as it is a replacement of a hormone. The dose of this pill varies from person to person depending upon the age, weight and other medical conditions.
Another thing to keep in mind is intake of iodine rich food.
