Papaya Halwa


  • 2 Cups Grated raw papaya
  • 2 tsp Olive oil or low cal butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk toned
  • 2 tbsp skim milk powder
  • 2 tsp stevia finely sliced
  • 1-4 finely grated almonds


  1. Heat oil in non-stick, add grated papaya and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add boiled milk and cook till papaya is done .
  3. Add grated almonds, milk powder, stevia and cardamom powder and cook stirring continuously till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Remove from flame and serve warm.
