  • Bell –Pepper Green – 1 Bell-pepper
  • Celery – 3 stalk
  • Ginger Root – 1 thumb
  • Lemons (peeled) – 2 fruitg
  • Pears – 2 medium 356g
  • Turmeric Root – 1 medium size
  • Cucumber – 1 cucumber
  • Mint – 5 to 7 stalk

Preparation

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
